Jessica Pultorak focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, Medicaid Planning and applications, Medicaid appeals and other aspects of Elder Law. She is focused on providing personalized services to help clients achieve their goals. She frequently navigates the complexities of MassHealth (Medicaid) planning, applications and appeals and community Medicaid benefits. She guides families through the multi-step guardianship and conservatorship process to ensure the rights and interests of all parties involved have been protected.
Jessica works to build strong relationships by offering compassionate advice to help each client make well-informed decisions and implement holistic trust and estate planning solutions. She devotes considerable time to getting to know clients in depth, an approach that enables her to create sound plans and trusts that anticipate challenges that often get overlooked.
Jessica is a graduate of Bay Path University and New England Law/Boston. Outside of the office, Jessica loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and cat and traveling to Universal Orland and Disney World.
Jessica is on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Guardianship Association. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a kid, I wanted to be a teacher.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is helping people plan for their future and helping people navigate the complexities of MassHealth applications.
What is your favorite restaurant?
My favorite restaurant is the Red Lentil in Watertown, Massachusetts.
